We aim to ensure every learner has a positive experience. Refund requests may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The user has not completed more than 20% of the course.

  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase.

  • The course has not been downloaded, copied, or misused.

Refunds will not be issued for completed courses or where misuse of the platform is identified.
